We are committed to ensure the highest standards of behaviour from our councillors and staff. We encourage anyone with serious concerns about any aspect of our work to come forward and voice these concerns. These can be raised in confidence without fear of harassment, victimisation, discrimination or disadvantage.

The policy applies to:

  • councillors     
  • employees at all levels and grades     
  • contractors and suppliers     
  • partners   
  • consultants, agency and contracted staff       
  • service users       
  • volunteers      
  • members of the public
