Events

Our events officers are happy to provide advice and support to parishes and town councils in running their own events, including risk assessments and public liability insurance. Parish and town councils may also be interested in publicising special events for a small charge on our online guide to what's happening in the area, What's On West Suffolk You can choose to just advertise your listing or, if you are charging admission, we can also manage sales of your ticketed events for you. We charge a 10% admin fee including credit card and booking fees and take all the hassle away. We collect and pay you the ticket money and will keep you informed of audience numbers.
