Enforcement policy
West Suffolk Council acts as a regulator and an enforcement agency for a large range of legal duties and powers.
The Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006 requires us to publish an enforcement policy. The policy outlines our commitment to good enforcement practice and describes when and how our officers take legal action.
