Temporary pavement licences
Business and Planning Bill 2020: West Suffolk Council has opened applications for temporary pavement licences for premises for the sale of food or drink for consumption. Cafes, restaurants and pubs can apply for the temporary pavement licence.

Temporary pavement licences, which are are available free of charge, will last until 30 September 2021. However, they are subject to a statutory notice period of 10 working days, during which time people will have an opportunity to comment on the application.
