Play areas

coronavirus signThe play areas in Abbey Gardens, Nowton Park, Brandon Country Park, West Stow Country Park and East Town Park in Haverhill are open.

We have completed the work necessary to maintain social distancing in the 200 play areas the council maintains across West Suffolk. This may mean, for example, that where two swings are next to each other one may have been removed for the time being.

Parents are asked to supply their own hand sanitiser and to remind children about maintaining their distance.

Find a council managed play area near you by clicking on the links shown below. Your town or parish council may manage other play areas in your town or village.
