West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village
From 5 November 2020, the museum and vistor centre is closed due to national COVID-19 restrictions.
This unique, reconstructed village and Anglo-Saxon museum, surrounded by the 125 acres that makes up the West Stow Country Park, is a must see for history enthusiasts. The Anglo Saxon Village, based on the site of an excavation, depicts life in early Anglo-Saxon times (circa 420 to 650 AD). This is a fascinating journey through time for children and adults alike and with our living history days we have literally brought the past to life. You can find out about events and history days from the West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village website or keep up to date with news from the Anglo-Saxon Village Facebook page
