We’ve been made aware of a man targeting businesses to say they need to pay an annual fee and/or their personal licence has expired, and they need to pay on the spot for a new licence. This is not genuine and is not how West Suffolk Council operates. Do not pay. If ever you are in doubt about someone reporting to be from the council please check with us on 01284 763233.
