Pre-application consultation 2017

Ahead of any formal planning application, the Hub partners would like to test their initial thoughts about the new building with the local community and stakeholders. Local input to the development brief led to a number of changes to that document, and concerns raised during that process have also influenced the draft designs for the Hub.

An informal 'pre-application' consultation is taking place now, between 10 January and 5pm on 10 February 2017, and plans and details on how to take part are set out in the links at the bottom of this page.

A public exhibition of the plans has also been arranged between 4pm and 7.30pm on Tuesday 24 January 2017 at Mildenhall College Academy’s Sixth Form Centre (MCA6) at Sheldrick Way.

Once the consultation is closed, the designs will be updated and a planning application will be submitted, hopefully in the spring of 2017. There will be a formal opportunity to comment on the Hub as part of that process.
