Proposed hackney carriage fares 2025

Following the Licensing and Regulatory Committee meeting on Monday 14 April 2025, it was voted to accept the proposal for a new table of fares to be submitted for consultation.

Next steps

Once the consultation closes on 13 May 2025, if we receive any objections these will be referred to members for consideration. If no representations are received the new fares proposed will take effect from 13 May 2025.
