At West Suffolk councils we are reviewing our Tenancy Strategy. The Localism Act 2011 requires all local authorities to produce a Tenancy Strategy that outlines how councils and registered providers (RPs) approach issues which affect tenants living in their area. This Tenancy Strategy updates the previous strategy that ran from 2012-2018 and incorporates all applicable changes from updated legislation.
A consultation period is being carried out between 9am on Tuesday 9 October and 11.59pm on Tuesday 20 November. We would be very grateful if you could give us your comments and views on the draft Tenancy Strategy by completing this online survey by 11.59pm on Tuesday 20 November.
