Garden waste collection

We have temporarily suspended subscriptions whilst we administer the annual renewal process. Subscriptions for the next year, which starts on 1 June 2026, will open in April 2026.

Key information

Your brown bin collection day could be a different day to your black or blue bin collection day. Visit Find my nearest to find your bin collection day information.

To make the most of your garden waste collection service please make sure:

your bin has your house name or number clearly displayed on it
your bin is at its collection point by 6.15am on your collection day
you tell us if you move house
you let us know within two working days if we have missed your collection.

Garden Waste Service terms and conditions and privacy notice for June 2025 to May 2026

Your garden waste bin will not be emptied after 31 May 2026 if you have not paid your 2026-27 subscription.
