Garden waste collection
You can now sign up for the service that runs from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025.
Please find the following key information:
- New subscriptions - no garden waste bins will be emptied before 1 June 2024.
- New subscriptions/Card payer renewals - Please make sure you subscribe at least two working days before your collection is due to give us time to process your application.
- When you apply online, please ensure you select whether a bin is required.
- We aim to deliver bins within four weeks, however, on occasions, this may not be possible. We will endeavour to deliver them as quickly as possible, should this be the case. You will be advised at the time you speak to our customer services team.
- We recommend signing up by direct debit as renewal is automatic the following years, unless cancelled.
Your brown bin collection day could be a different day to your black or blue bin collection day. Visit Find my nearest to find your bin collection day information.
