You can still see planning records and information about applications on our Public access webpage, but the information available will be frozen from the evening of Tuesday 26 March 2019. Between 26 March and 1 April you will not be able to comment on applications online, but you will be able to make comments by emailing email@example.com
Planning and building control system - offline from 27 to 31 March 2019
We will be unable to acknowledge, register or issue decisions on any applications during this period. Applications submitted during this time will be processed in the week commencing 1 April 2019 by West Suffolk Council. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Welcome to the new Planning one stop shop making it easier for you to make a planning application. If you go to the Making a planning application page (below) you will be able to select the type of application you need from the menu and you can see all the validation requirements you need to consider when making your application.
Please note that, while the validation requirements indicate all application types, some are covered by specific regimes, and the documents listed there are those the legislation asks for and not specifically local validation requirements. Applications such as hazardous substances consents and prior notifications are not subject to local validation requirements.
