Applications for a pavement licence
Pavement re-licence application for Drabbet Smock, Peas Hill, Haverhill, Suffolk, CB9 8BB. Last date for representations is 5 August 2026.
New pavement licence application for Rumbles Fish Bar, 11 Oxford Road, Exning, Suffolk, CB8 7EW. Last date for representations is 30 July 2026.
Guidance on making a representation
Applications are consulted upon for 14 working days (excluding public holidays), starting the day after the day on which a valid application was made to the council.
The council is required by law to consult with the highways authority. In addition, to ensure that there are not detrimental effects from the application the council will consult with Suffolk Police.
Members of the public and others listed above can contact the council to make representations. The council must take into account representations received during the public consultation period and consider these when determining the application.
