West Suffolk Local Plan 2024-2041
The West Suffolk Local Plan 2024-2041 was adopted at a meeting of the council on 15 July 2025.
This forms part of the development plan for West Suffolk and supersedes any previously adopted local plan documents.
The local plan identifies where growth will be allowed and what local everyday services people will need to enjoy a good quality of life. The adopted West Suffolk Local Plan 2024-2041 and related documents are listed below and you can also read the inspectors' report and modifications appendices.
