Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) and guidance

Requirements such as education and highways are the responsibility of the county council, all other infrastructure requirements are the responsibility of the local authority, these are explained in detail in documents known as SPDs.

Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) - We have adopted SPD's relating to open space, sport and recreation. We have jointly prepared and adopted SPD's relating to affordable housing and shop front and advertisement design.
