To request a site inspection, you can either:

• book an inspection while you’re on the move using the LABC app on your mobile phone
• email building.control@westsuffolk.gov.uk. Please include the application reference, the site address, inspection type and a contact number
• telephone 01284 757393.

We operate next day inspections so please contact us before 4pm on the working day before.
