The bulky waste collection service is resuming on Monday 29 June and we ask that residents who book a collection leave the items outside for 72 hours before they are collected, where practical.
This is in line with the current advice on management of waste during the COVID-19 pandemic. Items will only be collected from bin collection points and will not be taken from gardens or from inside resident’s properties.
If you have bulky waste that requires removal please ensure anyone who takes it is a registered waste carrier and that they can prove your waste will be disposed of at a licensed facility. See our SCRAP campaign for more information. Suffolk recycling centres are now open but you have to book online. Visit Suffolk Recycling - Centres booking page
Thank you for your understanding.
